This Privacy Policy explains how Bohio LLC collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Bohio Maintenance application. By using the application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, role, trade, password credentials stored in hashed form, login provider identifiers, email verification status, and account timestamps. Contractor accounts may include a headshot image and trade information.

For corporate partner registration and qualification, we may collect business and application information such as legal business name, DBA, entity type, state of formation, EIN, business address, website, primary contact details, years in operation, operating history, revenue ranges or summaries, banking institution, insurance information, target client types, owner or principal information, screening consent, review notes, status history, and uploaded documents.

We may collect maintenance workflow information such as requests, descriptions, categories, property addresses, unit numbers, tenant contact details, availability, appointment selections, estimates, approval/rejection notes, completion comments, uploaded photos or videos, message metadata, and related administrative notes.

We may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, device details, log entries, authentication events, security signals, reCAPTCHA results, cookies or session identifiers, and diagnostic information.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify email addresses, process maintenance requests, coordinate tenants, landlords, contractors, and corporate partner applicants, review partner qualifications, request or track screening, send email and SMS notifications, display dashboards, manage scheduling, support estimates and completion records, secure the application, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, comply with law, maintain records, and improve the application.

How We Share Information

We may share information with users involved in a maintenance workflow, including landlords, tenants, and contractors, as needed to coordinate requests, scheduling, estimates, repairs, completion, documentation, and communication.

For corporate partner applications, we may share relevant application information with Bohio LLC personnel, Bohio Management personnel, service providers, screening providers, storage or hosting providers, email or SMS providers, and other parties reasonably needed to review, support, document, or communicate about the application.

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help operate the application, including hosting providers, database providers, storage providers, email providers, SMS providers, identity providers, analytics/security tools, and captcha providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, safety needs, security investigations, business transfers, enforcement of our terms, or protection of rights, property, users, or the public.

SMS and Email

If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive operational text messages about your account and maintenance activity. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Message and data rates may apply. If you do not want SMS messages, ask Bohio LLC to remove your phone number from your account or update your account information where available.

Security

Bohio LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including password hashing, access controls, and selected encryption or hashing for sensitive partner application information where supported. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure or always available. You are responsible for using strong unique passwords and protecting your email, phone, devices, and login credentials.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application, maintain property, maintenance, partner application, and business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security, and support business operations. We may delete, de-identify, archive, or retain information as permitted by law and business needs. Corporate partner applicants should keep their own copies of uploaded records and documents.

Your Choices

You may request correction or deletion of certain account information by contacting Bohio LLC. Some information may be retained if needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, property, maintenance, accounting, or operational reasons. You can stop using the application at any time.

Children

The application is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the application if you are under 13.

Third-Party Services

The application may rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting, email, SMS, identity, captcha, storage, and other providers. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Bohio LLC is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, security incidents, policies, or delivery failures.

Changes

Bohio LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after an updated policy is posted or accepted means you agree to the updated policy.
