Software Subscription Terms

This checkout currently uses Stripe's sandbox. Payments are simulated; no real charges are made. Recurring-payment language describes the subscription arrangement being tested.
Agreement and Scope
These terms apply to U.S. business purchases of Property One software packages and add-ons, not physical products, property-management services, rent, or contractor work. The purchaser represents that they are 18 or older and authorized to bind the named company. The platform Terms and Conditions, including the company data-processing addendum, are incorporated. A separately signed agreement controls over conflicting subscription terms; these subscription terms control over conflicting platform Terms. The Privacy Policy explains information processing.
Feature Scope and Separate Transactions
Your purchase is for Property One software access supplied by Bohio Ventures LLC under the package and order shown at checkout. A feature may require configuration, a supported jurisdiction, a third-party account, separate authorization or an additional purchase disclosed before charging. Software access does not include legal review, certification of a lease or disclosure packet, tenant placement, guaranteed screening results, rent collection success or a guaranteed repair outcome.
Screening, rent payments, contractor work and other separate transactions are subject to their applicable disclosed charges, terms and authorizations. Selecting or purchasing a software feature does not authorize those transactions. The platform Terms, including their warranty exclusions, liability limits and company indemnity, apply as provided in those Terms.
Package and Capacity
The package, capacity, recurring price, billing interval, and allowances shown at checkout form part of the order. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes and any separately approved charges are additional where disclosed. Resident and contractor access does not make those users liable for the company's subscription. Additional software products or add-ons require the price and renewal terms disclosed for that purchase; selecting a preference does not authorize an undisclosed charge.
Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
When the introductory offer is shown and accepted at checkout, a new Basic or Plus workspace subscription costs $1.00 for its first monthly billing period, including the selected unit capacity, plus applicable disclosed taxes. A card is required. Starting with the second month, the subscription automatically renews at the regular monthly amount disclosed for the selected package and capacity unless canceled before renewal. The offer applies only to the initial purchase, not renewals, package changes or separate services. It is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn for new purchases. Withdrawing the offer does not change an already confirmed purchase.
The subscription begins when the purchase is confirmed and renews monthly until canceled, unless the order states a different interval. You authorize our payment processor to charge the disclosed recurring amount and applicable taxes to your selected payment method. Cancel future renewal through Billing & Package → Manage subscription & payment details → Open billing portal. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period and stops future renewals. Billing remains accessible when operational access is restricted for nonpayment. If you cannot access cancellation, email bohiomanagement@mybohio.net promptly for assistance.
Changes, Refunds, and Future Prices
Package and capacity changes may take effect immediately with a prorated invoice or credit shown for confirmation. Additional access is granted after required payment succeeds. Downgrades must fit existing units, staff reservations, and files. Unused AI allowances do not roll over; the applicable reset period is displayed in the package. Failed provider calls are returned to the allowance.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in an order, fees are nonrefundable, and unused time, capacity, or allowances do not entitle you to a refund. This does not limit rights concerning unauthorized or erroneous charges. Future renewal price increases require at least 30 days' advance notice, or longer where law requires, and any legally required consent. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. This notice provision does not apply to a capacity or package change you request and approve.
Failed Payments and Service Limits
A failed renewal may place the account in past-due status. The current service allows seven days from the failed renewal invoice's creation before restricting paid operational access, subject to applicable law. Canceled, unpaid, paused, or expired subscriptions may lose paid access. Suspension or cancellation does not erase records or eliminate valid outstanding payment obligations. You remain responsible for property and resident duties and alternate communication methods.
Software Protections and Data
The platform Terms' warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, company indemnity, non-waivable rights, and company data-processing provisions apply to this purchase. No uptime percentage, guaranteed repair outcome, or service-level credit is provided unless separately agreed in writing. Keep independent copies of important records. Contact Bohio about lawful retrieval or deletion requests; we do not promise a fixed post-cancellation export window or automatic deletion of all records.
